FPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,187 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CATSPER1, FPR2, and SLC22A4. Each is linked with FPR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPR1-to-partner and partner-to-FPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPR1 versus CATSPER1 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
