FPGT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FPGT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPGT-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL8, SLC10A2, and SLC15A5. Each is linked with FPGT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGT-to-partner and partner-to-FPGT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL8 grouped by FPGT-low versus FPGT-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGT→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
