FPGS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPGS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,861 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPGS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF3C5, NELFB, and RABL6. Each is linked with FPGS in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGS-to-partner and partner-to-FPGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPGS versus GTF3C5 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
