FPGS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FPGS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,735 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FPGS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSNA1, LRSAM1, and STX17. Each is linked with FPGS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FPGS-to-partner and partner-to-FPGS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FPGS versus SSNA1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FPGS→partner) and Y-score (partner→FPGS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
