FOXRED1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXRED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXRED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BC14, C1orf174, and C4orf46. Each is linked with FOXRED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXRED1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXRED1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BC14 grouped by FOXRED1-low versus FOXRED1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXRED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXRED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
