Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXRED1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,050 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXRED1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Replication fork processing, and DNA integrity checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with FOXRED1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXRED1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXRED1 results are reported.
