FOXQ1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXQ1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,135 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXQ1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FOXQ1_S248, EPB41L1, and FOXK1. Each is linked with FOXQ1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXQ1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXQ1 versus FOXQ1_S248 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
