Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf62, RN7SL83P, and CCDC182. Each is linked with FOXQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXQ1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXQ1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf62 grouped by FOXQ1-low versus FOXQ1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
