Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha, YAP_pS127, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with FOXQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXQ1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXQ1 results are reported.
