FOXQ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXQ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXQ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE8, DCDC2C, and ACSM6. Each is linked with FOXQ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXQ1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXQ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE8 grouped by FOXQ1-low versus FOXQ1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXQ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXQ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
