FOXP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,564 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Trophectodermal cell differentiation, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with FOXP4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Trophectodermal cell differentiation grouped by FOXP4-low versus FOXP4-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
