FOXP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 720 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT8, RAB3A, and KXD1. Each is linked with FOXP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACOT8 grouped by FOXP4-low versus FOXP4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
