Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,486 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with FOXP3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP3 results are reported.
