FOXP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCP1, HHLA1, and DPT. Each is linked with FOXP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UCP1 grouped by FOXP3-low versus FOXP3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
