FOXP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,036 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, SGCD, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with FOXP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXP2 versus CRMP1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
