Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,040 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I, Regulation of smooth muscle cell-matrix adhesion, and Subpallium development. Each is linked with FOXP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription by RNA polymerase I grouped by FOXP2-low versus FOXP2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
