FOXP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 638 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAXO1, SLC8B1, and H2BC1. Each is linked with FOXP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXP1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAXO1 grouped by FOXP1-low versus FOXP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
