Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FOXO3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FOXO3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher FOXO3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXO3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where FOXO3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
