FOXO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXO3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IRF2-DT, MTCO1P56, and SMARCE1P2. Each is linked with FOXO3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXO3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IRF2-DT grouped by FOXO3-low versus FOXO3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
