FOXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,717 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP411, ZNHIT3, and COX15. Each is linked with FOXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXO1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP411 grouped by FOXO1-low versus FOXO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
