FOXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTO1, CPO, and MS4A2. Each is linked with FOXO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXO1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTO1 grouped by FOXO1-low versus FOXO1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
