Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, HTR1E, and OR56A1. Each is linked with FOXN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by FOXN4-low versus FOXN4-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
