FOXN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 121 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRSN1, CACNG2, and BTNL3. Each is linked with FOXN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXN3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NRSN1 grouped by FOXN3-low versus FOXN3-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
