FOXM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 468 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-4, GCAT, and TNRC6B. Each is linked with FOXM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXM1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-4 grouped by FOXM1-low versus FOXM1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
