FOXJ2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXJ2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXJ2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLECL1, TMEM95, and GFRAL. Each is linked with FOXJ2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXJ2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXJ2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLECL1 grouped by FOXJ2-low versus FOXJ2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXJ2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXJ2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
