FOXI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,606 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM64B, RNA5SP259, and RPL5P19. Each is linked with FOXI2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
