Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,609 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of miRNA metabolic process, Cellular response to sodium arsenite, and Sphingolipid metabolic process. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.
