FOXI1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXI1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 656 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-20, PLEKHA8, and LYPD3. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXI1 versus SNORD114-20 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
