FOXI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P6, SF3A3, and DRG1. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P6 grouped by FOXI1-low versus FOXI1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
