FOXI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 830 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP3K14, FAM221B, and ADH7. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXI1 versus MAP3K14 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
