The most reproducible FOXI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA processing, Proteasomal ubiquitin-independent protein catabolic process, and Negative regulation of autophagy. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.
