FOXI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROP1, PRAMEF33, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with FOXI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXI1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PROP1 grouped by FOXI1-low versus FOXI1-high in BONE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
