Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAQR9, SCG5-AS1, and VRK1. Each is linked with FOXG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXG1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXG1 versus PAQR9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
