FOXG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, GSK3-a-b, and PCNA. Each is linked with FOXG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXG1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FASN grouped by FOXG1-low versus FOXG1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
