Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,399 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process, Negative regulation of microtubule depolymerization, and Cellular response to estrogen stimulus. Each is linked with FOXG1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXG1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXG1 results are reported.
