Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 718 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC37A3, SMYD4, and KSR2. Each is linked with FOXG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXG1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXG1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC37A3 grouped by FOXG1-low versus FOXG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
