FOXF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 423 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP232, RNU6-270P, and LIN28AP1. Each is linked with FOXF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXF2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP232 grouped by FOXF2-low versus FOXF2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
