FOXE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,756 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1245P, SNORA74C-2, and TAF9. Each is linked with FOXE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXE1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1245P grouped by FOXE1-low versus FOXE1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
