The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FOXD4L6 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FOXD4L6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where FOXD4L6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
