FOXD4L6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD4L6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,172 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXD4L6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXD4, CBWD6, and AMH. Each is linked with FOXD4L6 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L6-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXD4L6 versus FOXD4 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXD4L6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXD4L6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
