Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD4L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,732 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, Obsolete histone modification, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with FOXD4L4 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L4 results are reported.
