Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXD4L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,878 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with FOXD4L4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L4-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L4 results are reported.
