FOXD4L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD4L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,769 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXD4L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXD4, NRBF2P6, and PCGF3. Each is linked with FOXD4L1 in more than 29 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXD4L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXD4L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
