Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXD4L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,052 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with FOXD4L1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L1 results are reported.
