Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXD4L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,336 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FOXD4L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, Olefinic compound metabolic process, and Viral transcription. Each is linked with FOXD4L1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXD4L1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXD4L1 results are reported.
