FOXC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 549 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC53, MBD3L2, and SSX7. Each is linked with FOXC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXC2-to-partner and partner-to-FOXC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC53 grouped by FOXC2-low versus FOXC2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
