FOXB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP53, SUGT1P4, and RNU6-874P. Each is linked with FOXB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXB1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDHP53 grouped by FOXB1-low versus FOXB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
