FOXA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Src, and PAI-1. Each is linked with FOXA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by FOXA3-low versus FOXA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
