FOXA3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FOXA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,518 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAL3ST1, HNF1A, and STARD10. Each is linked with FOXA3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA3-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FOXA3 versus GAL3ST1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
