FOXA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FOXA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSBP1L1, NF1P2, and TOMM22P4. Each is linked with FOXA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-FOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSBP1L1 grouped by FOXA1-low versus FOXA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
